Turmeric Latte is my absolute favourite drink other than a hot tea. It is comforting, relaxing, and soothing.
Traditionally, turmeric milk comes from Ayurvedic practices and holistic medicine in Indian cultures.  

Healthy Chef Turmeric Latte has no added sugar and it's completely dairy and gluten free.
 

DRINK HOT: 

Combine ½ - 1 tsp Turmeric Latte with 1 cup of your choice of milk.
We love coconut almond and rice milk. Heat and pour into your favourite mug.
Sweeten to taste with a little raw honey and enjoy.

 

DRINK COLD: 

Add to smoothies, protein shakes and juices for an uplifting healthy boost.

Blend with almond milk, banana, Healthy Chef Protein and ice for a nourishing revitalising drink.

 

STIR:

Into chia porridge or mix through yoghurt and top with mango chunks. The perfect addition to all your healthy recipes.

Turmeric Latte 100g

HOW TO ENJOY HEALTHY CHEF TURMERIC LATTE
 

DRINK HOT

Combine ½ tsp of Healthy Chef Turmeric Latte with 1 cup of your favourite hot milk. We love coconut, almond and rice milk.
Sweeten to taste with a little raw honey if desired. Try adding a small knob of ghee or cultured butter just before serving and drink just before bedtime.... this makes an extremely healing and nourishing drink for a good nights sleep.
 

DRINK COLD

Add ½ teaspoon of Healthy Chef Turmeric Latte to smoothies, protein shakes + raw juices for an uplifting boost.
Blend Turmeric Latte with homemade macadamia nut milk, frozen banana, Healthy Chef Protein and ice for a nourishing and revitalising smoothie.
Make a shaken iced turmeric latte by combining 1 ½ cups of almond milk with 1 teaspoon of Healthy Chef Turmeric Latte and a little honey to sweeten.
Shake in your Healthy Chef Blender Bottle and serve over ice, garnish with a slice of orange and enjoy.
